Finished Concept

Things came along quite nicely, I think. Your thoughts?

There are some smudges that I will have to fix in Photoshop: red pastel will stain your paper. I decided to leave off her arms that clasp behind his back (like in the program design.) I think I like the design better without them on poster, but I can easily add them in, should I need to. I have already had a request to change the petals a little bit (before the color was added).

  1. I think the color softens them up quite a bit, actually! I think I'd still prefer a little twirl. Maybe just on one or two. haha. but that just may purely be my girly side taking over! haha! nothing truly major though. Other than that, I'd say just brighten up the white a bit on the vase in photoshop.....and...that's pretty much it! I really dig it! What did you use to get the color of the background?

  2. I can add a twirl, no problem. The background is the Mi Tint paper I used. I have some left over that you are welcome to use. I think the sections that are left can produce a 8.5X11. The paper itself is like a dollar at Hobby Lobby. If you go to the back of the store near the art section, there is a wall with large sheets of paper for all knids of mediums. This paper is good for charcoal and pastel.
